When Adam was little I printed off an 8X10 photo of him and taped it to the ceiling above the tub. Whenever I needed to rinse his hair I told him to look at the baby. It worked like a charm!Works for me!! For more tips visit Shannon at Rocks In My Dryer.

This really is a great idea! My 3 year old daughter definitely needs distracting to have her hair rinsed. I'm going to try it-- maybe with Blue's Clues.
What a great idea! My 2 littlest ones don't care for the rinsing either.
Excellent - I'm so glad to have found this! One of my boys has a panic attack during the rinsing and this might help alleviate that!
